As a Customer Support Associate in the food industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns. Your main duties will include:
- Providing product information, recommendations, and assistance with menu planning to customers.
- Addressing and resolving customer issues promptly, including order discrepancies, delivery delays, and quality concerns.
- Collaborating closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and familiarity with different types of food products is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in customer service or food handling is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
