**Baking and Preparing Baked Goods**:
- Mix, knead, proof, and bake dough for bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Prepare fillings, frostings, glazes, and icings.
- Ensure recipes are followed accurately to maintain consistency and quality.
- **Menu Planning and Creation**:
- Develop new and creative recipes for seasonal or special occasion products.
- Work with management to design menus and determine offerings.
- **Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards**:
- Ensure the kitchen and bakery areas are clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Follow food safety regulations and proper storage techniques.
- Maintain safe working conditions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Supervising and Training Staff**:
- Oversee kitchen assistants or junior bakers, providing training and guidance as necessary.
- Manage daily baking operations and delegate tasks to team members.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor product quality, ensuring items meet desired taste, texture, and visual standards.
- Inspect ovens and other equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
- **Customer Service**:
- Communicate with customers regarding special orders or custom products.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that products are delivered on time.
- **Inventory and Ordering Supplies**:
- Manage inventory of ingredients, tools, and supplies.
- Order necessary ingredients and materials to maintain adequate stock levels.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Culinary Education** (optional but beneficial): Completion of a culinary program or apprenticeship in baking/pastry arts.
- **Experience**: Prior experience working as a baker or pastry chef in a professional kitchen.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and decoration.
- **Creativity**: Ability to develop new recipes and product designs.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in measuring ingredients and presenting finished products.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks.
Work Environment:
- Typically works in a bakery, pastry shop, or restaurant.
- May also work in hotels, catering companies, or food production facilities.
- Early morning shifts or overnight shifts may be required to prepare goods for the day.

Pay: ₹10,065.94 - ₹20,000.00 per month
