Job Opportunity: Bakery Expert

As a member of our culinary team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our bakery department. This involves working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of quality and service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant setting. Experience in luxury international brands is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential. Additionally, basic computer skills in MS Office and recipe maintenance systems are preferred.

Qualifications in Kitchen Production or Management would be advantageous in this role.
