**Description**:
We are seeking a **Pre-Sales Engineer** to join our team and play a crucial role in the sales process by bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client requirements, craft tailored solutions, and present product demonstrations that effectively showcase our offerings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos to prospective customers.
- Design and propose tailored solutions that meet client objectives using the company’s products and services.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questions throughout the sales cycle.
- Act as a liaison between sales, product management, and engineering teams to address customer feedback and improve offerings.
- Provide input into product development based on customer interactions and market needs.
- Build and deliver proof-of-concepts and pilot projects for clients.
- Support onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth handoff to the post-sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or specific industry-related technologies.
- Experience with scripting or basic coding for demo environments (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Industry certifications relevant to your product line (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, etc.).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
