Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Coordinator to join our team at Asha Academy.
The School Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school by assisting with administrative tasks, communication, and event coordination. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

- Manage daily administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, attendance, and reports.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events for teachers, students, and parents.

2. Communication:

- Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and school management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to parents and stakeholders regarding school programs and activities.

3. Event Coordination:

- Plan and organize school events, including parent-teacher meetings, school assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate logistics, set up venues, and ensure events run smoothly.

4. Student Support:

- Support students in their academic and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers to address any academic or behavioral concerns.

5. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades, attendance, and personal information.
- Generate reports and statistics as required by school management.

6. Collaborative Leadership:

- Work closely with the school principal and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the school's effectiveness.
- Provide support and guidance to teachers in various aspects of their roles.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Previous experience in an educational institution or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and educational management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
