Euro International School, Sikar, is a premier CBSE-affiliated institution focused on academic excellence and holistic student development. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic **Athletics Coach** to join our team and lead our students towards excellence in track and field events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily training sessions for students in various track and field disciplines (sprints, relays, long jump, high jump, shot put, etc.).
- Develop structured training programs suited to different age groups and skill levels.
- Prepare and mentor students for inter-school, district, and national-level athletic competitions.
- Emphasize physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and track progress of each student.
- Coordinate and manage school athletic events and participation in external tournaments.
- Ensure safety and injury prevention during training sessions.
- Maintain discipline and a positive sports culture on and off the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven coaching experience in school or competitive athletics.
- Strong knowledge of track and field training techniques and rules.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all levels.
- Certification in First Aid or Sports Coaching (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,207.35 per month
