IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. B.PED Degree from an accredited college/university. 2. Should know to teach theory as well as practical. 2. Must have good communication skills. 3. 0 to 5 years of experience into coaching Handball. 4. Supervisory skills and must be familiar with Handball tactics and techniques. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1. Planning and executing Handball coaching to school students in theory as well as practical. 2. Planning and Execution of sports events to be hosted at the school. 3. Maintaining Interpersonal relationships with schools’ staff, School Management and Program Coordinators. 4. Motivating all students to participate in physical activity. 5. Identifying strengths and weaknesses of students. 6. Awareness about Health Issues and encouraging Healthy life. 7. Developing various training programs related to Physical Activity for students. 8. Teaching relevant sports specific Skills, Tactics and Techniques. 9. Including teamwork and team building among the students. 10.
