Concerned with the results of this research, Imperial International Sports Academy was founded with an aim to eradicate the problem of Child Obesity by making each and every student physically and mentally fit. By transforming the Youth of the country, IISA has taken up the mission of making India a fitter nation. IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. By enabling students to be fit and skilled, IISA has a vision of making India emerging as a "Nation of Sportsmen and Sports Women". **Website**: QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Yoga or certification from an accredited college/university. 2. Should know to teach theory as well as practical. 3. Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 4. 0 to 5 years of experience into coaching Yoga to school students. 5. Supervisory skills and must be familiar with Yoga techniques. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: 1. Conduct and lead Yoga Classes in Theory as well as practical to school students. 2. Planning and Execution of yoga events to be hosted at the school. 3. Maintaining Interpersonal relationships with students, staff and management of the school. 4. Motivating all students to participate in physical activity with words and encouraging healthy life. 5. Connect with students during Yoga classes through fun, intelligent sequencing. 6. Offer training recommendations to improve the practice of Yoga to students. 7. Offering guidance to students on diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and well-being. 8. Demonstrate Yoga practices and teach specific Skills, Tactics and Techniques. 9. Including teamwork and team building among the students. 10.
