Concerned with the results of this research, Imperial International Sports Academy was founded with an aim to eradicate the problem of Child Obesity by making each and every student physically and mentally fit. By transforming the Youth of the country, IISA has taken up the mission of making India a fitter nation. IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. By enabling students to be fit and skilled, IISA has a vision of making India emerging as a "Nation of Sportsmen and Sports Women".

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. B.PED Degree from an accredited college/university.

2. Should know to teach theory as well as practical.

2. Must have good communication skills.

3. 0 to 5 years of experience into coaching Handball theory as well as practical.

4. Supervisory skills and must be familiar with Handball tactics and techniques.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Planning and executing Handball coaching to school students in theory as well as practical.

2. Planning and Execution of sports events to be hosted at the school.

3. Maintaining Interpersonal relationships with schools’ staff, School Management and Program Coordinators.

4. Motivating all students to participate in physical activity.

5. Identifying strengths and weaknesses of students.

6. Awareness about Health Issues and encouraging Healthy life.

7. Developing various training programs related to Physical Activity for students.

8. Teaching relevant sports specific Skills, Tactics and Techniques.

9. Including teamwork and team building among the students.

10. Completing administrative duties.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Coaching Handball Theory and Practical: 1 year (required)
