Roles and Responsibilities

We are actively looking for the position of Pre Primary Coordinator having experience in the below-mentioned areas:

- Responsible for supervising and managing the total curricular and co-curricular work in their respective departments
- To Monitor that the curriculum is used correctly and effectively
- To monitor lessons and corrections
- To monitor teachers' performance through class observation.
- To mentor new teachers and organize an induction programme for them.
- To monitor parental interactions, report cards, notices, circulars, and planners.
- To create timetable, arrange substitution, create test schedules, and PTM meetings.
- To monitor lab usage and activity rooms.
- Work in coordination with the various department.
- Help in selection and working of the school student council
- Monitor proper implementation of all school policies and programs in their wing.
- Ensure that classroom and corridor displays are updated at regular basis as per the selected theme.
- Ensure discipline and decorum in their wing
- 4-5 years of experience as PRT Co-ordinator.
- Post Graduate & B.Ed/B.El.Ed (PP)/NTT
- An efficient leader who can drive the students and staff in the pursuit of attaining academic goals.
- Ability to work in flexible schedules.
