The position requires a nurturing personality, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents.

**Qualifications**:
**- Education**: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Education / Psychology. A Master's degree or diploma in ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) is preferred. - **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputed CBSE or pre-primary institution.
