Unhealthy Dietary Habits have not only taken a toll on the fitness of Adults but also on the Youth of India. These youth of India are the future of the nation. Statistics show that the majority of Indian Youth are unfit and this number is alarming in the urban areas. Concerned with the results of this research, Imperial International Sports Academy was founded with an aim to eradicate the problem of Child Obesity by making each and every student physically and mentally fit. By transforming the Youth of the country, IISA has taken up the mission of making India a fitter nation. IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. By enabling students to be fit and skilled, IISA has a vision of making India emerging as a "Nation of Sportsmen and Sports Women".

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. B.PED Degree from an accredited college/university.

2. Must have good communication skills.

3. 0 to 5 years of experience into coaching Volleyball theory as well as practical.

4. Supervisory skills and must be familiar with volleyball tactics and techniques.

5. Willing to shift to Rajasthan, Sikar (company will provide accomodations)

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Planning and Execution of Volleyball events to be hosted at the school.

2.Coordinate and supervise Volleyball program and team in School.

3. Design a training program and game program.

4. Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship at school.

5.Maintaining Interpersonal relationships with schools’ staff, School Management and Program Coordinators.

6.Motivating all students to participate in physical activity.

7.Identifying strengths and weaknesses of students.

8.Awareness about Health Issues and encouraging Healthy life.

9.Teaching relevant Volleyball specific Skills, Tactics and Techniques.

10.Including teamwork and team building among the students.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
