- With manufacturing facilities in Bangalore, Karnataka, and offices across the country, we are able to serve our customers within their proximity.Function/ Position Description: To develop & grow Crushing sales and achieve brand acceptance with customers - improve market share and penetration in respective Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Crushing & screening business for Trio products/systems in India.
- To plan and develop Business/sales strategy.
- To develop strong customer networks and channel partners
- Deliver value propositions to customers.
- To enhance quality of services to Customer..
- To analyse market data and competitive landscape and work out appropriate strategy.
- To enhance brand image by conducting seminars and participating in trade shows / exhibitions.
- To assist in preparation of overall marketing budget and strategy and other marketing activities.
- To Develop the Sales team at the respective Zone.
Key Performance Indicators:
- To work with Global product team to drive local business needs
- Manage relationships at all levels of customers in the region
- Achieve revenue targets
- Weekly Update and data collection on new business opportunities,
- Weekly report and data - Way to provide solutions of customer pain area, etc
- Meet customer satisfaction index target or NPS as per HQ guidelines.
- Coordinate with Region, S & OP, Engineering and Operations as and when required.
- Trials / Data collections
Safety Responsibilities:
Follow Safety norms as per Weir Group EHS policy and WMI IMS Policy
Facilitate safety trainings as per the company norms and standards
Facilitate safety events as per the company requirements
Hazard identification and closure
Active involvement in safety activities
Qualification
- Required : B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Desirable: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical) + MBA
Experience
14 - 18 years in Industrial sales of Sand & Aggregate equipment & systems (crushing and screening equipment/systems) Engineering equipment preferably rotating.
