We are dedicated to making laboratory diagnostics easy and efficient.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and managing the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves travel within the region to build and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of laboratory diagnostic products is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel within the region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in customer relationship management
