Responsibilities:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- **Property Presentations**: Conduct property presentations to potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties.
- **Customer Consultation**: Understand the needs and preferences of clients, provide expert advice, and guide them through the real estate buying process.
- **Negotiation**: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, legal, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
