Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Devaaj Enterprises)

Devaaj Enterprises is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products, including invisible grills, mosquito nets, and bird spike solutions, to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to drive sales and expand our customer base while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Product Presentation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including invisible grills, mosquito nets, and bird spikes, to customers and explain their benefits effectively.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate product solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Negotiation: Engage in negotiations and provide competitive pricing proposals to secure sales deals and achieve revenue targets.

Sales Documentation: Accurately maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to develop effective sales strategies.

Collaborative Approach: Coordinate with the sales team and management to develop and execute sales plans and achieve collective sales goals.

Customer Support: Offer post-sales support and resolve customer queries or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or building materials industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet sales objectives.

Basic knowledge of construction and building materials would be advantageous.

Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to transportation for field visits.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
