We are expanding our reach and looking for dynamic and motivated **Field Sales Executives** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and visit potential clients such as **aluminium fabricators, window vendors, builders, contractors, and interior designers**.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of products through direct field visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in **field sales**, preferably in **building materials, aluminium fabrication, or home improvement products**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and customer relationship management.
- Own **two-wheeler** and valid driving license.

**Education**
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing / Business Administration).

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
- **Incentives**: Attractive performance-based incentives and allowances

**Work Schedule**
- **Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Timing**: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Location**: On-field (based out of Vashi office)
