The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a critical role in growing our customer base and building strong relationships in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services. Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and industry trends to provide effective solutions. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company’s products or services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in (industry/sector). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with a results-driven attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking. Willingness to travel within the designated territory. Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Key Competencies: Customer-focused mindset. Sales-oriented with the ability to close deals. High level of persistence and adaptability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
