**Responsibilities**:

- Security Management:

- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to safeguard the campus, its occupants, and assets.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure round-the-clock surveillance and prompt response to any security concerns or emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure functionality and compliance.

**Housekeeping Maintaince**:

- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the campus, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards to uphold a pristine environment conducive to academic and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations.
- Gardening and Landscaping:

- Coordinate with landscaping contractors or in-house gardening staff to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the campus grounds.
- Plan and oversee landscaping projects, including planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing, to enhance the beauty of outdoor spaces.
- Ensure proper upkeep of lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor recreational areas to create a welcoming and vibrant campus environment.

**Property Maintenance**:

- Manage routine maintenance tasks and repairs to preserve the functionality and safety of campus facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, utilities, and amenities to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively.
- Coordinate with external vendors or maintenance technicians for specialized repairs or renovations as required.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing campus safety, cleanliness, and store management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and service contracts for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Prepare regular reports on campus maintenance and security operations for review by the administration.
