We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Campus Supervisor** to oversee the day-to-day operational discipline and ensure a structured and safe environment at our Pre-University College. The Campus Supervisor will play a vital role in supporting the smooth functioning of academic and non-academic activities across the campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain student discipline during arrival, recess, lunch breaks, and dispersal.
- Supervise and maintain order in common areas such as corridors, playgrounds, and assembly zones.
- Conduct periodic checks of student notebooks/classwork to ensure timely corrections by faculty; share feedback with academic coordinators.
- Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of college events, assemblies, and examinations.
- Maintain a daily log of campus activities, incidents, and observations; report regularly to the Principal or Management.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to uphold classroom discipline and student attendance.
- Support faculty during outdoor sessions and co-curricular activities.
- Monitor campus cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, ensuring adherence to emergency protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Play a key role in implementing and enforcing campus policies and behavioral guidelines.
- Qualification: Master’s in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum - 3yrs, prior experience in a supervisory or educational setting preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- A firm, fair, and student-friendly approach to discipline.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
