**Job Overview**:
As a CRM Executive specializing in Zoho CRM and Pabbly, you will play a pivotal role in managing our customer relationship management systems to optimize customer interactions, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM strategies, customize system features, and leverage data-driven insights for business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and optimize Zoho CRM and Pabbly to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and system performance.
- Customize CRM workflows, automation, and reporting to align with business requirements and objectives.
- Train employees on Zoho CRM and Pabbly usage, features, and best practices to enhance productivity and user adoption.
- Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Implement lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer segmentation strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Monitor CRM metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on Zoho CRM and Pabbly developments, updates, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR) within Zoho CRM and Pabbly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with expertise in Zoho CRM and Pabbly.
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Pabbly, and other CRM-related tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Zoho CRM and/or Pabbly (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
