**Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Executive (Pharma)**

**About the Role**

Lokam Health is looking for a **Supply Chain Generalist** to manage and streamline all aspects of our supply chain operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage Technology enabled Pharma retail startup and play a critical role in building our procurement and supply chain function from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Vendor Management**:

- Onboard and manage suppliers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee financial payouts to vendors and maintain healthy relationships.

2. **Collaboration**:

- Work directly with pharmaceutical companies, suppliers, and C&F agents to negotiate better rates, payment terms, and service levels.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.

3. **Procurement Operations**:

- Handle end-to-end procurement processes, from placing orders to ensuring timely stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering to avoid stockouts.

4. **Process Optimization**:

- Streamline supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance order accuracy, delivery times, and vendor performance.

5. **Strategic Partnerships**:

- Build long-term partnerships with pharma companies and C&F agents.
- Develop strategies to strengthen direct relationships with key suppliers for better terms and services.

6. **Problem Solving**:

- Address supply chain challenges proactively and ensure seamless operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement in the pharma or retail sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations while keeping a focus on long-term strategies.
- Prior experience in sourcing, vendor management, or logistics is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
