Customer Success Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain **strong, long-term relationships with key clients**.
- Act as the **main point of contact for assigned accounts, handling all client communications and needs.**:
- Understand **customer requirements and business objectives**to provide relevant **solutions and services.**:
- Coordinate with **internal departments** (sales, operations, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth execution of client requests and deliverables.
- Monitor **account performance, resolve issues,** and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Prepare **regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends.**:
- Identify opportunities to **grow business within existing accounts**and assist in **upselling or cross-selling efforts.**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of **strategic account plans.**:
- Ensure high levels of **customer satisfaction and retention**.
- **Handle client escalations professionally** and ensure resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in **client relationship management**or **account handling** (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- **Customer-focused mindset** with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); **CRM experience is a plus.**
