**Job Title: Business Development Counsellor**

**Job Location**:AMCO Tower, Sector 9, Noida 201301

**Responsibilities you would handle**:
1. **Make Sales Calls**: Contact potential customers to sell products/services.

2. **Manage Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain positive customer interactions.

3. **Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve set sales goals and report performance.

4. **Maintain Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about product features and benefits.

6. **Update Databases**:Keep customer records accurate and current.

7. **Develop Sales Strategies**: Implement effective techniques to close sales.

8. **Gather Feedback**: Collect customer feedback for improvement.

9. **Participate in Training**: Engage in training to enhance sales skills.

10. **Prepare Reports**: Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.

**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s in any stream

**Compensation**:15K to 25K per month + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments + Incentives

**Employment**:

- **Mode of working**: Work from Office
- **No. of working days**:6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)
- **Shift Time**: 09:30 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 06:30 pm

(Total 08:30 Hours + extra time when needed)
