**Job Title**: AGM - Operations

**Experience Required**: 5+ Years (Preferably in Electronic Security, Fire Safety, or MEP Projects)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Delivery Management**: Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven execution of all Low Voltage Security projects.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Serve as the escalation point and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through smooth coordination and resolution.
- **Resource Allocation**: Strategically assign manpower, materials, and equipment for optimum efficiency.
- **Payment Collection**: Proactively manage project milestones and payment collection as per contractual terms.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Identify process bottlenecks and implement strategies for leaner and faster operations.
- **Digital Transformation**: Lead the digitization of project tracking, documentation, and internal workflows using tech tools and platforms.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Ensure timely procurement and vendor performance for smooth project execution.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Oversee adherence to all statutory norms, safety regulations, and project documentation.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and upskill project managers, site engineers, and coordinators for better team performance.
- **MIS & Reporting**: Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and highlight risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.

**Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory)**:

- **PMP (Project Management Professional)**:

- **Six Sigma - Green/Black Belt**:

- **Fire & Life Safety Certification (NFPA / TAC / NBC Guidelines)**:

- **Lean Construction / ISO 9001 / OHSAS Certifications**:

- **Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or Project ERP systems**
- Strong operational background in fire safety, electronic security, or construction domains
- Excellent leadership, planning, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in managing multi-location or large-scale projects
- Tech-oriented with a passion for automation and process optimization

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
