**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Role**:
Document Controller Lead is responsible to ensure all the documents adhere to client specific standards and responsible to manage and provide the documents to the respective departments or functions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Drive the project, guide the team members on all aspects and ensure Quality maintained in all deliverables agreed with client.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the team lead in monitoring and executing day to day document controller and engineering data queries and activities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with business partners in different function, offshore engineers & document controller.
- Ensure document data is consistent with the tag register data.
- Quality assurance of tag numbers from engineering documents.
- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of document controls in ALIM.
- Quality assurance and populating of technical and mandatory attributes with respect to tag numbers from documents.
- Suggestion of new tag numbers missing in tag register from engineering documents
- Suggestion of new classes for classifying different tag numbers.
- Tagging right documents references in tag register.
- Ensure data input is consistent with the data standards and meets the required levels of completeness.
- Run performance reports for the key quality measures of completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and accuracy.
- Generate and analyze Data monthly performance reports/statistics for key quality measures of completeness, consistency, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Identify and implement process and solution requirements for the master data management process.
- Regularly track and resolve outstanding master data management issues. Based on agreed trigger points, further escalate to higher levels of authority for solution or direction and feedback.
- Identify and contribute to the improvement of defective trends or areas of process performance weakness in the end-to-end process.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation)
- 7+ years of work experience in document controller, engineering data and in managing a client-service oriented function with experience in management of large corporate initiatives/projects, strategic thinking, relationship management and processes.
- Direct process management experience including best practices, driving innovation, continuous improvement, technologies, processes, procedures, and tools.
- Experience in JDE, ALIM, Sales Force, Hazid Tool, SAP or other CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to analyze raw data/input images, drawing conclusions and developing recommendations.
- Knowledge on MRO spares, Oil & Gas Equipment, and spare parts
- Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is an added advantage.
- Enrichment: Searching part from the manufacturer website and extract the required information.
- Cleansing & normalize the extracted data & update it in the client approved template.
- Exposure to UNSPSC, taxonomy creation, schema mapping and defining attribute structure.
- Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment.
- Ability to communicate and influence across various levels in the organization.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
