**Job Title**: Sweet Line Dispatch Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Sweet Line Dispatch Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods, primarily sweets, to customers or warehouses. This role involves coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Operations**:

- Plan and oversee the dispatch of finished goods to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for product availability.
- Verify the quantity, quality, and packaging of goods before dispatch.

**Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of goods dispatched and received

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with transporters, logistics partners, and customers for smooth delivery operations.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues or discrepancies

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements for product handling and transportation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the dispatch area.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports on dispatch activities, including volume, delivery timelines, and issues encountered.
- Analyze data to optimize dispatch operations and minimize costs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain roles in FMCG or related industries.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and quality standards.
- **Attributes**: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet.
- Physical activity may be required, including lifting and organizing goods.
- Flexible to work in shifts or extended hours during peak seasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
