**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Timely Dispatch of Goods**:

- Ensure all goods are dispatched on time and in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare goods for dispatch.

**2. **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities using Excel.
- Generate and analyze dispatch reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

**3. **Communication and Coordination**:

- Liaise with various departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch promptly.

**4. **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods.

**5. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in dispatch processes and suggest actionable solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance dispatch operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
