Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Executive located in Ludhiana East. The Dispatch Executive will oversee the planning and coordination of dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Responsibilities include managing schedules, addressing shipment issues, optimizing routes, and maintaining clear communication with drivers and stakeholders. The role also includes monitoring the supply chain process for efficiency and ensuring that all operations comply with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Transport Coordination skills
  • Strong Planning, Scheduling, and Organization skills
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of dispatch software and tools is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for transportation is beneficial
  • Relevant previous experience in dispatch or logistics roles is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business, or related field is a plus
