Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in dispatch operations within a factory setting. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of goods. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel for record-keeping, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Timely Dispatch of Goods:**

  • Ensure all goods are dispatched on time and in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare goods for dispatch.

2. **Record Maintenance:**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities using Excel.

  • Generate and analyze dispatch reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

3. **Communication and Coordination:**

  • Liaise with various departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch promptly.

4. **Compliance and Safety:**

  • Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**

  • Identify areas for improvement in dispatch processes and suggest actionable solutions.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance dispatch operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
