Job Title**:Dispatch Executive**

**Designation**: Dispatch Executive

**Qualification**: 12th pass/Bachelor’s degree

**Salary**:Up to INR 15,000/- per month (**as per experience and expertise**)

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer communication: Taking customer calls, addressing queries, and providing order status updates.
- Dispatching: Contacting available drivers and directing them to clients
- Logistics: Collaborating with logistics partners to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Record keeping: Logging service requests, dispatches, and other relevant information
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and transportation laws
- Billing: Relaying billing information to the invoicing department.

Other skills and responsibilities of a dispatch coordinator may include: Leadership, Delegation, Time management, Customer service, and Administrative proficiency.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of dispatching processes.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
