**Job Title**: Dispatcher - Sweetline
**Department**: Logistics / Distribution / Transport
**Location**:Mega food park village ladhowal ludhiana

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Deliveries**: Plan, schedule, and dispatch delivery vehicles for daily routes.
- **Route Optimization**: Optimize routes for cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and mínimal fuel usage.
- **Monitor Fleet**: Track the movement of delivery vehicles using GPS or other tracking tools.
- **Load Scheduling**: Work with warehouse staff to ensure vehicles are loaded properly and on time.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain regular contact with sales and customer service teams to ensure delivery issues are promptly addressed.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain logs of dispatch activities, delivery times, fuel consumption, and driver duty hours.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and transport laws.
- **Emergency Handling**: Manage last-minute changes or emergencies (vehicle breakdowns, delays, etc.).

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good knowledge of **logistics and supply chain** operations
- **Route planning** and **time management**:

- Ability to work with **dispatch software** or **ERP systems**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in **fast-paced environments**

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum**:High school diploma** or equivalent
- Preferred**:Diploma/Degree** in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in logistics/transport dispatch (FMCG sector is a plus)
- Familiarity with local and regional delivery areas

Pay: ₹13,128.84 - ₹38,619.21 per month
