- **Your Job Profile**:
In 1 line it is: Responsible for overall dispatch of company.
- **Detailed JD**:_
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Delivery of orders by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time & quality.
- Inventories stock.
- Arrangement of transportation for delivery.
- Coordinate with the production department for timely delivery of orders.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, Delivery date and method, and current status, answering questions.
- Protects the organization’s reputation by keeping pricing, promotion and purchase order information confidential.
- Do real commitments with customer related delivery of orders.
- Your reporting will be of Google sheets you need to Update your sheets on daily basis.
- Your company number will working 24*7 if you are on leave but your phone will work
- Coordinate tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain documentation and records accurately.
- Two year concert.

- Physical endurance and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Preferred:

- An understanding of all federal, state and local standards
- An ability to work well as part of a team or when working alone

**Special Clauses**:

- Maintain Discipline and decorum of company.
- You’ll have to strictly follow leave policy i.e. one day prior get permission if you want take any leave or half day leave.
- To acknowledge & reply all official communications.
- You’ll have to strictly follow the grooming & dressing guidelines provided by H.R.
- Limited use of personal calls and mobile.

**Job Types**: Full-time, 1-2 Year experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
