**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Timely Dispatch of Goods:**

  2. Ensure all goods are dispatched on time and in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.

  3. Coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare goods for dispatch.

  4. **Record Maintenance:**

  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch activities using Excel.

  6. Generate and analyze dispatch reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

  7. **Communication and Coordination:**

  8. Liaise with various departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

  9. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch promptly.

  10. **Compliance and Safety:**

  11. Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

  12. Conduct regular checks to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods.

  13. **Continuous Improvement:**

  14. Identify areas for improvement in dispatch processes and suggest actionable solutions.

  15. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance dispatch operations.
