Gurman Medical Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled sales technician to join our team. This role involves conducting overnight sleep studies, travelling to patient homes or hospitals, and providing top notch technical support for sleep apnea treatment devices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Sleep Studies: Travel to patient homes or hospitals to set up and monitor overnight sleep studies, ensuring accurate data collection and patient comfort.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance with CPAP/BiPAP devices and accessories, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the study.
- Patient Interaction: Educate patients on the use of sleep apnea devices, answer questions, and provide guidance to ensure successful treatment outcomes.
- Data Management: Accurately record and report patient data collected during sleep studies to the relevant healthcare providers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all sleep study equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and functioning correctly.
- Travel: Regularly travel to various locations within the service area. All travel expenses will be covered by the company.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in demonstrating and promoting Philips Respironics products and services to healthcare providers and patients.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or technical support role, particularly related to sleep studies or respiratory therapy, is an advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with medical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts and travel extensively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
