Job Role

The ELV Technician will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of various Electronic Low Voltage systems ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA, Intrusion, Gate Automation, and Networking systems.
  • Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
  • Perform cabling, termination (BNC, RJ45, fiber), and ensure neat, standard-compliant installations.
  • Troubleshoot faults, conduct preventive maintenance, and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with engineers and maintain daily site/service reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems and basic networking (LAN/IP addressing).
  • Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, UNV, Honeywell, Ravel, Agni, or GST systems.
  • Hands-on with tools like multimeter, LAN tester, and crimping tools.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
  • Experience: 1–5 years in ELV installations (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.).
