**Qualification**:
- Degree in Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / IT / Mechanical or equivalent.
- Customer Handling and Relationship Management
- TeaM/Field Staff Management
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Active Problem-Solving Ability
- Ability to Work Effectively Under Pressure
- Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, and Google Maps**
**Desired Skills**:
- Knowledge of **Telecom / Vehicle Electronics Systems**:
- Experience in **Client Communication and Complaint Handling**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage the **Customer Service Field Team / Support Technicians** for timely service delivery.
- Attend **customer calls and complaints** in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with **clients, production, sales & marketing, billing, store & dispatch teams,** and **management** for smooth operations.
- Plan and schedule **new installations** and **maintenance** for faulty devices.
- Ensure effective implementation of **installation and maintenance plans**.
- Lead and motivate **onsite and offsite customer support teams** to achieve service objectives.
- Conduct **customer training sessions** on VTS front-end operations and report generation.
- Perform **GPS data analysis** and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and arrange **billing data** for submission to the billing department.
- Maintain and regularly update all relevant **information systems and service records**.
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum 2 years and up to 7 years of experience in **leading/handling a team of customers/** in the following industries:
- **Electronics**: UPS / Inverter / Printer / Copier / Telecom Tower Installation & Maintenance
- **Consumer Durables**: AC / Water Purifier / Refrigeration
