**Experienced**: 4 to 10 years
- **Technical skills**: Knowledge of electrical/video installation, network administration, CCTV system installation, repair, and maintenance. Computer literacy and security hardware knowledge are additions and preferred.

**Customer service**: Good customer service skills to explain electronics to non-experts and negotiate sales.

**Documentation and reporting**: Accurate record-keeping of equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance activities.

**Camera operation**: Ensure proper functioning and recording of camera systems, and prepare reports on needed improvements.
