**Job Summary**:
As a **Telecaller for Domestic Services**, your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting domestic services, answering inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving customer issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound/Outbound Calls**: Make calls to potential customers to promote domestic services like home maintenance, cleaning, repair, utilities, or other related services.
- **Customer Assistance**: Handle customer queries related to domestic services and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify potential leads, engage with customers, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for service technicians or home visits and follow up with customers to confirm.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Promote additional services and packages to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure all customer issues and queries are followed up and resolved promptly.
- **Feedback Collection**: Collect customer feedback and pass it to the relevant departments for improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and offer solutions professionally.
- **Sales Skills**: Basic knowledge of sales techniques to upsell or cross-sell services.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office, or other customer service tools.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify issues quickly and provide clear solutions to customers.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferable but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,469.52 per month
