- We're MadHatter Creative, a creative consulting firm based in Bangalore that crafts unique experiences, and we're on the hunt for a talented **Freelance Performance Marketer** to join our crew on a project basis. If you're a whiz at creating high-converting VSL campaigns and can turn static ads into revenue-generating machines, we want to talk to you

**Here's What You'll Be Doing**:

Your main gig will be creating ad marketing campaigns on Meta and Linkedin that drive measurable results - primarily leads for our creative agency. This means you'll be:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**: Strategize, implement, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns - from start to finish.
- **Content Creation**: Write copy for the VSL that resonates with the target audience and pushes them to convert aka click the CTAs.
- **Video Sales Letters (VSL)**: Giving suggestions and direction on the videos we make and turning it into a super compelling, conversion-focused video that drives sales. Think turning browsers into buyers
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with our designer and developer to provide data-driven insights and feedback on VSL scripts, video production, static ad concepts, and visual assets to maximize campaign performance.
- **Audience Targeting & Segmentation**: Conduct in-depth audience research and implement precise targeting strategies to reach ideal customer segments.
- **Budget Management**: Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation to achieve desired KPIs and ROI.
- **Optimizing for Performance**: Running A/B tests, analyzing metrics, and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and scale successful strategies.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use analytics tools and data to inform all campaign decisions, from initial strategy to ongoing optimization.

**We're looking for Someone who has**:

- **Maniacal attention to detail** and a commitment to producing high-quality, data-driven work.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Performance Marketer, Media Buyer, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on direct response advertising.
- **Demonstrable experience running VSL and static ad campaigns, ideally for creative agencies or clients working in the website and design fields.**:

- Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing successful campaigns, particularly those involving VSL and static ad formats, and their measurable impact.
- Keen eye for identifying winning campaigns and know how to scale them for maximum impact.
- Expert-level proficiency in major ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Linked Ads).
- Obsessive focus on metrics and know how to transform campaign data into actionable insights that boost performance.
- A strong understanding of what makes VSLs and static ads perform, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.), tracking tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results as a freelancer.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**The Nitty-Gritty**:

**Payment**: You'll be paid per project, ranging from INR 10,000 - INR 20,000, depending on campaign complexity and performance targets.

**Project-based**: This starts as a project-based engagement, with the strong potential for ongoing work if we're a good fit and campaigns deliver results.
