We are seeking a versatile individual who can bring creativity and managerial skills to our space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in a multi-faceted role, combining graphic design, architecture, and managing a café experience. You will work in a creative, lively environment at our Soroco House location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Graphics**:

- Create eye-catching Instagram posts, stories, and other social media content.
- Design store graphics, visual merchandising elements, and signage.
- Develop t-shirt graphics and other branded merchandise.
- Contribute to the design and aesthetic enhancements of the store, including the overall ambiance and look of the space.
- **Customer Experience & Café Management**:

- Ensure customers have a great experience by managing the café atmosphere and engaging with customers.
- Supervise daily operations to maintain the store’s standard.
- Work as part of the team, wearing multiple hats to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer interactions with grace and charm, ensuring an inviting and all-around enjoyable experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Background in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Great eye for design, trends, and attention to detail.
- Passion for creativity and aesthetics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers warmly.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to be involved in multiple aspects of the business.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,740.52 per month
