Varahi Designer Studio, a premium boutique in T. Nagar, Chennai, is looking for a talented and experienced **Fashion Designer** with a passion for creativity and innovation in ethnic and contemporary fashion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create exclusive ethnic and contemporary outfits based on client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and implement them in designs.
- Sketch designs, select fabrics, and oversee production to ensure high-quality standards.
- Work closely with tailors, artisans, and embroidery specialists to bring designs to life.
- Handle custom orders, interact with clients, and suggest suitable designs.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of finished garments.
- Manage inventory of fabrics, embellishments, and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in fashion designing, preferably in ethnic and bridal wear.
- Proficiency in **Tamil, English, and Hindi** for effective communication with clients and team.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment and handle multiple projects.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion.
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Designing from a recognized institution is preferred.
