Design and develop innovative apparel collections for men's and women's wear, focusing on both knits and woven fabrics.
- Create flat sketches, mood boards, color boards, and theme boards to conceptualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop detailed and accurate tech packs, including specifications, measurements, and material requirements for production.
- Work on pattern making and garment construction, ensuring the highest quality and precision in designs.
- Research and analyze fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands, especially for Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Collaborate on the entire design process, from initial concept development to final garment production.
- Focus on designing oversized T-shirts, shirts, and other versatile garments that cater to mínimalist and maximalist aesthetics.
- Participate in fittings and provide creative inputs on fabric selection, texture, and silhouette styling.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality and creativity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fashion designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Procreate.
- Expertise in flat sketches, mood boards, color boards, and theme boards.
- Strong ability to create detailed tech packs with all necessary specifications.
- Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction processes.
- Experience working with both knits and woven fabrics.
- Understanding of current fashion trends and ability to design for Gen Z and Millennials.
- Strong creative vision, particularly in developing unique silhouettes and styling concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse designs and a thorough understanding of the fashion design process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
