**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive **employee engagement initiatives** and culture-building programs
- Partner with leadership to implement **HR strategies aligned with business goals**
- Manage day-to-day **HR operations**, including onboarding, HRMS, documentation, and compliance
- Provide guidance on **employee relations**, performance management, and retention
- Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Act as a **culture ambassador** and ensure adherence to core organizational values

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years of relevant HRBP/HR Generalist experience
- Strong command of **HR operations and engagement practices**
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**
- Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders
- Experience working in** fast-paced or product/tech environments** is a plus
