Role & responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment cycle with metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build hiring strategies.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods to attract talent.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and promote employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize events, activities, and recognition programs (townhalls, team-building, R&R, wellness programs).
  • Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Partner with HR team in performance management cycle and capability-building initiatives.
  • Provide first-level HR support for employee queries and grievances.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR engagement programs and recruitment practices.
  • Knowledge of HR tools/HRMS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Creative mindset for designing engaging initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret engagement survey results and hiring metrics.
