- Senior HRBP - Banking We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Jaipur and Indore.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition in the banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the banking teams, providing expert advice on matters related to human resources and talent management.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Design and implement effective performance management systems to ensure the alignment of employee performance with business objectives.
- Handle grievances and conflicts in a fair and professional manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to design and implement strategies for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent in the banking sector.
- Develop and implement Hire to Retire (H2R) strategies to ensure a seamless and effective talent management process from hiring to retirement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in human resources, and apply this knowledge to improve HR services and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the banking and Financial services industry especially from Loan Against Property (LAP) vertical.
- Strong understanding of human resource business partner role and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of implementing successful employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to human resources in India.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
