We’re Hiring | Senior Associate – HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Jaipur | Organization: Physics Wallah (PW) | Work Mode: 6 Days Working

We are now looking for a Senior Associate – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Jaipur team and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving people-centric initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Induction: Deliver seamless joining & cultural integration experiences.
Employee Engagement: Drive engagement activities, recognition programs & connect sessions.
Performance Management: Support managers in reviews, feedback & improvement plans.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs & coordinate L&D initiatives.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries & grievances.
Policy & Compliance: Implement HR policies & ensure statutory compliance.
HR Operations: Manage employee records, confirmations, and exit formalities.
HR Analytics: Maintain dashboards, track attrition & retention, and provide insights.
✅ What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in an HRBP/HR Generalist role (EdTech/Service industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with high ownership & adaptability.
Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel & HR analytics.
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances (preferred).
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
