Role: HRBP Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to contact center leadership and employees.
  • Manage the end-to-end HRBP process including hiring, CV screening, salary negotiation, performance management, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, motivation, and team engagement.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational changes, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR policies and Human Resources management.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management frameworks and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the NBFC or Financial Services sector is preferred.
