We are now looking for a Senior Associate – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Jaipur team and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving people-centric initiatives.

🔑 What You’ll Do

- Onboarding & Induction: Deliver seamless joining & cultural integration experiences.
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement activities, recognition programs & connect sessions.
- Performance Management: Support managers in reviews, feedback & improvement plans.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs & coordinate L&D initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries & grievances.
- Policy & Compliance: Implement HR policies & ensure statutory compliance.
- HR Operations: Manage employee records, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- HR Analytics: Maintain dashboards, track attrition & retention, and provide insights.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in an HRBP/HR Generalist role (EdTech/Service industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership & adaptability.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel & HR analytics.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances (preferred).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
