With our student-first approach, innovative teaching methods, and affordable learning , we are revolutionizing education accessibility across the country.We are now looking for a Senior Associate – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Jaipur team and play a key role in shaping our workplace culture and driving people-centric initiatives.What You’ll DoOnboarding & Induction: Deliver seamless joining & cultural integration experiences.Employee Engagement: Drive engagement activities, recognition programs & connect sessions.Performance Management: Support managers in reviews, feedback & improvement plans.Learning & Development: Identify training needs & coordinate L&D initiatives.Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries & grievances.Policy & Compliance: Implement HR policies & ensure statutory compliance.HR Operations: Manage employee records, confirmations, and exit formalities.HR Analytics: Maintain dashboards, track attrition & retention, and provide insights.✅ What We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience in an HRBP/HR Generalist role (Ed Tech/Service industry preferred).Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills.Problem-solving mindset with high ownership & adaptability.Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel & HR analytics.Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances (preferred).Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Why Join Us?At PW, you won’t just manage HR operations—you’ll create impact by shaping employee experiences, driving engagement, and enabling growth in one of India’s fastest-growing Ed Tech organizations.
